Once the load is cancelled and moved to Archive, you will be unable to see the data about it. To make it capable to see, it needs to be removed from Archive as an active load as in the steps shown below:

1. Click on three-dot button on the right upper corner and select "Archived loads"

2. Select the load you want to see its data and choose "Remove from Archive" in the three-dot button

3. Then you will click on "All loads" to refresh and search for the load by shipment which is more unique for the load:

Now you can see the load information and do not forget to move it to Archive again after having seen the information.
