Step 1: Login Screen:

• Kindly navigate to the Datatruck desktop app.

• From the Login menu, kindly click on "Forgot Password".

   

  

   

• Next write the email or username that you use to login and hit "Save".

   

  

   

Step 2: Reset Your Password:

• Kindly check your inbox, or your Spam, for an email from Datatruck which would contain the password reset link.

• Using that link, please reset your password and log back in to your Datatruck account.
