To create/inactivate a user (employee)

You can create a user (an employee at all positions in the company) in the HR section on Datatruck following these steps:

1. Go to the HR management and select "Users":

2. Click on "Create employees" button:

3. Put the Name, last name, email address and select his/her position in the drop down. Also, put tick on the "Send information to the Email" so that the employee receives username and password credentials to log in his account sent to his/her email. Next, submit information in the upper right corner:

Now, user account has been created on the system- he/she can login the platform and can change his/her password accordingly. But for this, his payment can also be assigned in the "Accounting" page selecting payment tariff in the drop-down (if there is no, Add new) and submit information:

When you need to change username or email/password, you can do it in "System login" page by clicking on pen icons as shown below and select "Resend to email" so that user gets the new credentials to his/her email:

Note that you cannot delete the employee but make their status inactive in the Employee information:
